SHIFT YOUR MINDSET & FUEL MOTIVATION

Hello and welcome back!  What’s going well and working this week?  One of my favorite coaching questions to ask and sometimes challenging for folks to answer.  Why?  The survival part of our brain is quick to notice what’s not working, where we are falling short, what’s missing.  In our personal life, in our professional work, and in our relationships.  Being present with what is going well and wh...

PURPOSE

Goals, focus, time management, productivity, a few buzz words of the month.  Are you hearing them too?  They are all very “January” and important.  Truthfully, I began this post with the intention of talking about productivity. We need it to get the results we want.  But as I was writing the word productivity I immediately felt the energy drain from my body.  Is it just me or do words do this to y...

DON'T QUIT TOO SOON!

As we welcome February, I’ve been thinking a lot about automatic daily habits and how they influence the results we want.  An automatic habit is a behavior you do with more ease than resistance, those things you do on autopilot and without much thinking.  I just read a new study on developing habits.  Did you know that it can take anywhere from 18-254 days to build an automatic habit?

WHAT IS WINNING YOUR ATTENTION THIS WEEK?

Hello and welcome to the second week of a brand new year!  How are your first few days going?  Are you finding rhythm?  Either way, you’re right where you are meant to be.  Beginnings are the start of something new, it will come. Go slow and steady–aim for consistency and congruence.

As the rhythm of your routine begins to find flow, pay close attention in your return.  Be aware of how you’re...

THE ENERGY OF THIS WEEK

Celebrations and gatherings are winding down, all the planning and anticipation behind us–join me in a glorious exhale of gratitude. 🙏🏻

What's next?  A brand new year.  I’m a sucker for fresh starts and new beginnings.  The change of a calendar year invites letting go and shedding what no longer serves to make space for something new.  The anticipation of fresh and new is exciting, sign me up....

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

Happy Holidays!  Today I'm sharing a few of my favorite things from 2022.  While I'm certain I've forgotten something, I hope this random list gives you a little gift inspo for the holiday season!  In no particular order (links included):

This cozy, soft wrap feels like you're snuggled in a blanket. Need I say more? I wear it at home with pj's or throw it over a...

TINY GIFTS OF TRANSITION

Hello and welcome back.  It's a quiet Sunday morning, I am sitting in my favorite writing chair with my favorite coffee mug, in my home.  I’m feeling deeply grateful.  Ava and I have transitioned back home after living in Portland for a few months.  No more Sunday scaries in anticipation of leaving again, no more suitcases, no more long drives and nightly facetime calls, we are home.

WHAT ONE THING WILL YOU MAKE SPACE FOR?

Hello and welcome back.  We are nearing the end of October with 65 days left in 2022, wild, right?!   Back when Matt and I worked together professionally we created a mantra, a filter that continues to inform decisions about how I spend my time and energy–quality over quantity.  Sometimes this means letting go (for now) of one thing to make space for another.  As we head into the final stretch of ...

3 WAYS TO IMPROVE CONNECTION AT YOUR NEXT EVENT.

Hello and welcome back.  A BIG thank you to those who showed up, texted, emailed, and reached out in support of our new office space last week.  It was wonderful to see so many new and familiar faces live in person!

This week, I’ve been thinking so much about connection.  More specifically, LIVE connection. Much of my weekly work takes place in Zoomland, so it had been a minute since I'd been ...

PATTERNS.

Do you feel it?  The morning air smells and feels like Fall to me this week.  I hope this email finds you present and noticing the changing season.  We’ve already made our first batch of pumpkin muffins over here (leaning in big time).  Helllllooooo, September!

This weekend marks six weeks since I’ve been temporarily relocated (my daughter is in a program that has her and I living up north f...
