ONE FOCUS AS YOU RETURN TO ROUTINE & A NEW YEAR
Happy New Year and welcome 2022! 3-2-1, let's goooo. I don't know about you, but I really feel the shift in season from December to January. As we head into the first week of January and return to routines, schedules, and every day life stuff, I invite you to join me in exercising grace in the transition. Grace for you and for those in your world.
The turn of a calendar year, with new plans, new goals, and anticipation of experiences ahead can be exciting and for me, also a little overwhelming at first. As I prepare for my week and get back into routine, I find myself returning to one focus I hope you find helpful in your return as well. The ecosystem of your environment. There are two significant components to the health of our personal ecosystem we inhabit in life which enable us to thrive--the internal and external environments we create.
Our external environment is everything from being caught up on laundry at home, to having healthy food choices stocked in the fridge, an organized office desk clear and ready for action in the New Year, to the company we keep. Our external environment carries energy.
What does yours reflect? Is it serving you?
How will you setup your external environment to best support how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish?
What we eat, drink, and think, impacts the overall ecosystem of our environment. Caring for our internal environment and managing consumption takes intention and discipline. In order to thrive, every ecosystem must have an energy source.
Where are you discovering your sunshine and light?
How are you fueling yourself to stay motivated?
Go slow to go fast. Join me in this one focus for the week(s) ahead. One filter for every decision you make in the next few weeks as you find your groove--Will this one decision serve or sabotage the ecosystem of my environment?
New year, new opportunity--let's do this.👊🏻
As always, stay open, brave, and on-purpose.
