After completing over 300 workouts on Trainwell, I can confidently say this remote personal training app has been a game-changer for building my strength and consistency each week. Your personal trainer will program workouts tailored to your needs and help hold you accountable to your habits and goals. This tool has been an incredible support system for working out from home!
Let's be real--who actually enjoys shopping for swimsuits? Not me! This swimwear is definitely an investment (I'll admit I experienced some sticker shock), but for this middle-aged body, I'd gladly pay a premium to keep everything in check. 😂 The material is incredibly comfortable, stretchy, and miraculously forgiving. My only concern is its potential color fade with chlorine, so this might be better suited for lake days or sunbathing. The colors are gorgeous, and the styles are plentiful!
This one is for my middle-aged friends who know the struggle of trying to read tiny font when your reading glasses are nowhere to be found! (IYKYK) This app is so useful that it now has a permanent spot on my home screen. Who thinks of such brilliant solutions? Genius!
A refreshing resource for consuming curated content! New to Substack this year, I love the ability to control what lands in my inbox each day. There are so many creative, talented artists out there sharing content that truly inspires. I highly recommend exploring Substack—it's been an excellent way to find inspiration!
OMG, this bedding! Affordable and so soft, smooth, and silky. This year, I doubled down on all things sleep, and this addition has been at the top of my favorites. What could be better than feeling like you're in a five-star hotel on a typical Tuesday night?!
If there's one product I use most every day, it's my earbuds—for real. I cannot live without them, and with my tiny ears, finding the perfect fit and quality has been quite a journey. These earbuds win hands down!
If I can't wear pajamas, I'm reaching for soft and cozy loungewear. 🙌🏻 Always on the hunt for comfort, the Calia scuba jogger pants and pullover don't disappoint. They are warm, cozy, and stylish—without breaking the bank!
Shockingly decent quality for the price! Who doesn't love a reason to organize and clean up their makeup stash? It's amazing how much better it feels to get ready in the morning when everything has a designated place and is exactly where you expect to find it.
Favorite Novels of 2024
There's definitely a theme this year with my favorite fiction reads--they all center around personal or familial relationships. These stories explore family dynamics, midlife experiences, relationships, identity, and human connection. Highly recommend!
